These terms explain how CoachConnect and CoachDock may be used. They are written for launch readiness and should be reviewed by a qualified solicitor before full public launch.
Who we are
These terms are between you and SVE Ventures Ltd trading as CoachConnect ("CoachConnect", "we", "us", "our"), a company registered in England and Wales, company number 16822306. CoachConnect is the public marketplace for discovering coaches, trainers, gyms, clubs, communities, and events. CoachDock is private management software for providers after discovery. Marketplace introductions
CoachConnect helps users search, shortlist, compare, enquire, and request event places. Unless clearly stated otherwise, providers and event organisers are independent businesses responsible for their services, pricing, availability, credentials, insurance, suitability decisions, event delivery, cancellations, and outcomes.
CoachDock software
CoachDock workspaces are private operating environments. Workspace owners are responsible for member access, client consent, lawful data entry, payment links, content uploaded by their team, and any coaching, health, fitness, nutrition, or gym services they deliver.
Accounts and security
You must provide accurate account information, keep credentials secure, and notify us if you suspect unauthorised use. We may suspend or restrict access where we reasonably believe an account is being misused or creates risk for users, coaches, gyms, or the platform.
Payments and subscriptions
Paid CoachDock plans, trials, add-ons, programme purchases, session packs, and refunds are governed by the checkout terms shown at purchase and any applicable Stripe or payment-provider terms. We do not store full card details on our servers.
No medical advice
Information on the platform is not medical advice. Users should seek professional medical guidance before starting a programme where they have injuries, medical conditions, pregnancy, medication concerns, or any health risk.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the platform is provided as-is and we are not liable for indirect losses, provider conduct, missed sessions, health outcomes, or external services linked from profiles, stores, booking systems, calendars, payment pages, or integrations.
Changes
We may update these terms as the products evolve. Material changes should be notified through the product, website, or email where appropriate.
