Provider and organiser terms
These terms apply to coaches, teams, gyms, clubs, studios, communities, and event organisers using CoachConnect marketplace features or CoachDock workspace software.
Provider responsibility
Providers and organisers are responsible for their own services and events, suitability decisions, professional standards, qualifications, insurance, safeguarding, capacity, tax, refunds, cancellation rules, and any outcomes promised to customers.
Profile and event accuracy
Marketplace profiles, event dates, capacities, prices, availability, facilities, verification information, photos, reviews, booking links, and claims must be accurate, current, lawful, and not misleading. We may request evidence or hide content while reviewing concerns.
Registration requests
A CoachConnect event request is not a confirmed booking until the organiser confirms it. Organisers must keep capacity and event status current, contact registrants promptly, and notify affected people if an event changes or is cancelled.
Enquiries and leads
CoachConnect enquiries may be sent to your marketplace account, linked CoachDock workspace, or notification email. You must handle leads lawfully, respond professionally, and avoid adding users to marketing lists without valid consent.
Client data in CoachDock
Workspace owners control the client data they enter into CoachDock. You must have a lawful basis to store health, progress, check-in, nutrition, injury, photo, file, and message data, and you must remove access for team members who no longer need it.
Payments and external links
If you connect Stripe, payment links, booking tools, calendars, websites, or other external services, you are responsible for those services, their terms, and the accuracy of links shown to users.
Platform moderation
We may suspend, remove, downgrade, or restrict profiles, workspaces, integrations, messages, or files if we believe they create legal, safety, privacy, security, quality, or reputation risk.
No marketplace exclusivity
Unless a signed agreement says otherwise, CoachConnect does not guarantee ranking, enquiries, conversions, revenue, placement, search position, or exclusivity in any location, category, or sport.
