Cookie policy

This page explains the current cookie and similar technology posture for CoachConnect and CoachDock.

Essential cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication, session continuity, security, and product operation. These are required for signed-in experiences and cannot be disabled through the product.

Local storage

The apps may use browser storage for non-sensitive product state, such as selected workspace, shortlist UI state, or preferences. Authentication is designed to use secure server-set session cookies.

First-party product measurement

When explicitly enabled, CoachConnect may count coarse product actions using an in-memory session identifier. This measurement does not set an analytics cookie or persistent browser identifier, excludes contact details and search text, honours Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals, and is intended to be retained for no more than 90 days.

Product analytics (PostHog)

CoachConnect and CoachDock use PostHog (PostHog Inc., EU Cloud, Frankfurt) for aggregate analytics such as page views, clicks on public pages, searches, profile views, enquiries and sign-ups. It runs in cookieless mode: no analytics cookie, local storage key or persistent browser identifier is stored, IP addresses are anonymised, session recording and error capture are off, and Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals are honoured. Persistent analytics cookies and session replay would only be enabled after an appropriate cookie-consent mechanism is added.

Advertising and marketing cookies

Advertising, remarketing, or marketing cookies are not used and will not be enabled until an appropriate consent mechanism and final vendor list are added.

Managing cookies

You can control cookies through your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies may prevent sign-in, checkout, portal access, or workspace features from working.
