Acceptable use policy
These rules help keep CoachConnect and CoachDock safe for marketplace users, coaches, clients, teams, and gyms.
No harmful activity
Do not attempt to access accounts, workspaces, files, APIs, billing records, or private client data that you are not authorised to access. Do not probe, scrape, overload, reverse engineer, or disrupt the service.
No unsafe coaching claims
Profiles, programmes, guides, resources, and messages must not make unlawful, misleading, guaranteed, or unsafe health, medical, nutrition, transformation, or financial claims.
No abusive content
Do not upload or send illegal, hateful, harassing, sexually exploitative, infringing, malicious, deceptive, or privacy-invasive content.
Client privacy
Coaches, gyms, and team members must protect client information, avoid unnecessary sharing, and only upload client photos, health notes, check-ins, or files where they have appropriate permission.
Enforcement
We may remove content, restrict profiles, suspend workspaces, revoke access, notify affected users, or contact authorities where required to protect the platform or comply with law.
